Listening Out Support Service

Families that are coping & caring for people with a life-limiting illness are under a huge pressure.  To be able to care for your loved one & cope with professionals, your own feelings and the symptoms of the illness: sleep is needed.

Listening Out Support Service can provide overnight care on an ad hoc or regular basis to help you rest: whilst your loved one is being supported.

Experience with neurological conditions, advanced dementia, cancer and individuals in the last weeks & months of life & days of life.

Clare: A wonderful wife, mum, grandma & Great grandma who was able to stay at home as her illness advanced.  Clare had three nights support a week & emotional support to her family.   This photograph was taken with consent as we sat looking at the birds early one morning.  The family have given permission to share as sadly Clare has passed away.
